What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for a smoother experience - it makes it easier to track your orders and access past purchases.
How do I know what size to order?
To help you choose the right size, we've included a detailed size guide on each product page. Be sure to check this before placing your order.
Can I update my order if I made a mistake?
If you’ve made a mistake on your order (like the wrong size, colour, or address), please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Once production has started, we’re unable to make changes.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will typically arrive within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Our physical products are currently available for shipping within the UK and USA only. However, our digital products are available worldwide and can be downloaded instantly upon purchase. We’re currently exploring international shipping for physical items. If you’d like Azrius products in your country, please fill out the form here to help us see where the demand is highest.

What is your return policy?
Each item is made to order, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for things like wrong size, colour, or a change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered - contact us within 21 days of delivery for a free reprint or refund. For multiple items with the same issue, we may ask for a photo (or video) showing all affected products together for confirmation.
Please note: digital products are non-refundable.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Unless an item is marked as limited edition, we aim to restock sold-out products regularly. Keep checking our website for updates!
