Each item is made to order, which means we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, colour, or simply changing your mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 21 days of delivery for a free reprint or a refund. If multiple products with the same design are affected, we’ll need an additional photo (or video) showing all items together for confirmation.
